About Tandem Bookkeeping
Hi, I’m Tracey, principal at Tandem Bookkeeping. I’ve spent decades working with small, service-based businesses and professional practices, helping owners make sense of their financial information and build systems they can rely on.
I believe better businesses are built on accurate records and thoughtful financial systems. That starts with getting things set up correctly from the beginning, especially when a new business is launched. Just as importantly, it means having someone you trust to help pull everything back together when books and records have gotten into the weeds.
My work is intentionally project-based. I step in to set up financial systems, clean up existing QuickBooks files, and organize records so they are accurate, usable, and aligned with how the business actually operates. The goal is always clarity and stability, not ongoing dependence.
After a project is complete, most clients manage their systems on their own. Some choose to re-engage periodically if questions come up, things drift, or they need help preparing for year-end or working with their CPA.
My approach is steady, methodical, and practical. I focus on clarity, reliability, and supporting better business decisions without unnecessary complexity.
